Who we are

Get to know Justin, Margo, and their son Jayce (1) - the faces behind our local business. This young family is dedicated to provide the freshest produce possible to Canada.

In 2022, Justin took a leap of faith and left his position as an Irrigation Technician to pursue his own venture.

With some assistance, Justin constructed the greenhouse and assembled the ZipGrow™ grow system and promptly immersed himself in cultivating a variety of leafy greens. After several months of experimentation and refinement, he successfully mastered the art of growing living lettuce.

Margo, his wife, holds a diploma in Agriculture. She actively helps out with harvesting, manages all the paperwork, and ensures that Jayce stays away from any kind of trouble!

How we grow

Nexlevel Greens is a vertical hydroponic greenhouse that utilizes a unique vertical system to cultivate lettuce. Instead of traditional soil-based methods, we grow hydroponically, which is growing plants in nutrient-rich water solutions. The vertical design maximizes space utilization by stacking lettuce vertically on a tower. This allows for a higher yield of lettuce in a smaller footprint, and helps keep our operation costs lower. The plants receive the necessary nutrients and water through a controlled irrigation system, ensuring optimal growth conditions. The result is a sustainable and efficient method of lettuce production that minimizes water usage and creates a consistent delicious product.

The greenhouse provides a controlled environment that allows me to grow lettuce regardless of the season or weather conditions.
